Midweight Interior Designer to join our growing design team and help shape workplace environments that inspire our clients and their people.

The Opportunity

As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in the creative development and delivery of workplace design projects from concept through to completion.

Working alongside Senior Designers, Technical Designers and Project Delivery teams, you'll contribute innovative ideas, create compelling design solutions and help bring client visions to life.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious designer looking to develop their career within a collaborative Design & Build environment whilst working on exciting workplace projects for a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of workplace design concepts from initial brief through to project delivery.
  • Produce space plans, mood boards, presentations, material palettes and design documentation.
  • Develop creative design solutions that reflect client culture, brand and business needs.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, workshops and design reviews.
  • Create high-quality visualisations and presentation materials to communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate with Technical Design, Project Management and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design development and monitor project progress.
  • Research workplace trends, materials, finishes and furniture solutions.
  • Support pitch and tender submissions with creative design input.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.

About You

You'll be a creative, enthusiastic and organised designer who enjoys working collaboratively and is passionate about workplace interiors.

Essential Experience

  • Degree qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience within workplace, commercial interiors or Design & Build projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design development skills.
  • Excellent space planning and conceptual design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively across multiple projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Desirable

  • Experience using Revit and Enscape.
  • Previous Design & Build experience.
  • Knowledge of workplace strategy and evolving ways of working.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and WELL-focused workplace environments.
  • Experience working on CAT A, CAT B, refurbishment or fit-out projects.
