A leading South Coast law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its growing Private Client team.
Working closely with Partners within the department, this role offers exposure to a broad range of private client matters, supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services to individuals, families and estates. The successful candidate will play a key role within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Private Client Paralegal responsibilities include:
- Drafting wills and letters of wishes
- Preparing trust documentation
- Assisting with estate administration matters
- Collecting estate assets and liaising with financial institutions
- Supporting with estate accounts and inheritance tax returns
- Handling property-related estate matters including insurance and bill payments
- Drafting and processing lasting powers of attorney
- Liaising with clients and third parties throughout matters
- Supporting lawyers and Partners with delegated work and ongoing case management
