An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join the Marketing and Business Development team of a leading regional law firm.

This varied position offers the chance to become an integral part of a busy marketing function, supporting a wide range of business development, events and marketing activities across the firm. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help coordinate high-profile client events, manage marketing administration and contribute to initiatives that strengthen the firm's profile and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of client events, webinars, networking events and corporate hospitality
  • Managing event registrations, invitations, attendee communications and post-event reporting
  • Supporting the Marketing Director with diary management, meeting coordination and administrative support
  • Maintaining CRM records and supporting business development data management
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, internal communications and digital content
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful event delivery
  • Coordinating branded merchandise, promotional materials and marketing resources
  • Supporting market research, business development projects and networking initiatives
  • Assisting with the administration of the firm's training and development events

The Marketing & Events Coordinator Candidate

We're looking for an organised and proactive marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects while delivering an exceptional level of service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Events Assistant or Events Coordinator role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns or business development activities
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience using CRM systems or marketing platforms would be advantageous
  • A proactive attitude with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous
