An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Wills & Probate team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with private clients to deliver clear, practical advice across a range of estate planning matters. Key Private Client Solicitor responsibilities include:
- Managing a full private client caseload
- Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Administering estates from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on tax implications and estate planning matters

- Meeting fee earning and caseload targets
