A growing and client-focused financial planning business is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join its experienced support team. This is a fast-paced and varied position supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering a high standard of service to clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring meetings, administration and client communications are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments
  • Preparing client review packs and financial documentation ahead of meetings
  • Managing incoming client calls, queries and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
  • Generating client correspondence and post-review documentation
  • Liaising with external providers to obtain information and updates
  • Processing fund switches, withdrawals and post-meeting actions
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with business submissions and workflow management
  • Managing mailboxes and prioritising workloads effectively
  • Welcoming clients and maintaining a professional front-of-house experience
