An established and highly regarded South Coast law firm is seeking a 3-5 year PQE Solicitor to join its successful Family team in Southampton. This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with a highly respected Partner handling high-quality and often high-net-worth family matters. The role offers exposure to complex financial remedy work and private children cases, requiring exceptional client care and strategic thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting a Partner with an established and complex caseload
- Building and developing your own varied caseload
- Advising on divorce and separation matters
- Handling high-value and complex financial remedy cases (including trusts, business assets, pensions and overseas assets)
- Advising on cohabitation disputes
- Drafting and advising on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Managing private law children matters
- Taking ownership of time management and financial targets
- Actively engaging in business development and marketing initiatives
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards
