A growing and client-focused financial planning business is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join its experienced support team.
This is a fast-paced and varied position supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering a high standard of service to clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring meetings, administration and client communications are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments
- Preparing client review packs and financial documentation ahead of meetings
- Managing incoming client calls, queries and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
- Generating client correspondence and post-review documentation
- Liaising with external providers to obtain information and updates
- Processing fund switches, withdrawals and post-meeting actions
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with business submissions and workflow management
- Managing mailboxes and prioritising workloads effectively
- Welcoming clients and maintaining a professional front-of-house experience
