We have a fantastic opportunity for MIG Welders to join our clients team based at their site in Sandbach! Our client is a large fabrication company that prides itself in being able to offer stable, long-term employment in the area. Having been successful year upon year they are now looking to expanding their Welding team. This role is being offered on a permanent basis, therefore meaning, you\’ll be employed directly by the client. What you\’ll be doing: You\’ll be part of our clients Welding team responsible for welding steel frames, structures, and sheet metal fabrications. Hours: Rotating: Monday to Friday shift pattern of 6 am to 2 pm week one and 2 pm to 10 pm week two with each Friday being half a day. Overtime is always on offer, paid at an enhanced rate. Pay: Up to £46,300.80 per year, depending on skills/experience. + £1000 singing on Bonus. + 10% bonus on top of hours where more than 48 hours have been completed in a week.
