We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our clients team based in the Stafford area! Our client is a leading estate management company looking to expand its team with the appointment of a plumbing & heating engineer to assist with the maintenance and works required on a wide range of properties in its portfolio. We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a full time, permanent basis. If successful, you will be employed directly by our client and not through an agency.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance and repair of a range of plumbing and heating systems across our clients range of properties. Majority of the systems are oil / gas fired.
- Gas qualifications & OFTEC qualifications are a must.
- You may also be required to respond to emergency call outs as and when required, it's highly unlikely that a call out would be required, however this is something that the role would be required to cover in the off chance.
- You'll be required to liaise with external contractors and other estate staff to ensure works are completed correctly and to the best standard.
