£70,000 - £80,000 plus package

We are currently working with an architectural stone company providing a bespoke service to tier 1 clients delivering high end luxury projects throughout London.

We are currently looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors following a recent internal review and upcoming workload. This is an opportunity to join a well-established business working on major projects, with immediate requirements to meet.

The Role

We are open to meeting Quantity Surveyors with experience across:

  • Tier 1 Contractors
  • Tier 1 Subcontractors
  • PQS backgrounds

Strong contract knowledge is essential, particularly:

  • JCT
  • Bespoke forms of contract

Experience & Background

  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience (more senior profiles welcomed, but strong emerging talent will not be discounted)
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Degree from a recognised university
  • Minimum 2:1 classification

Package

Salary in the region of £70,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience)
