We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong construction and site delivery background to lead the on-site delivery of specialist packages on luxury retail and high-end developments across Central London. This is a hands-on construction role, working closely with site teams and specialist subcontractors to deliver exceptional finishes for tier 1 clients.
The Role
This position requires a construction-led Project Manager with a strong site presence and practical delivery experience. You will manage specialist packages from pre-construction through to installation and handover, ensuring programmes are met and quality is delivered to the highest standard in live construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction management of architectural stone packages from procurement to completion
- Day-to-day coordination with site teams, subcontractors, and package interfaces
- On-site quality control, inspections, and sign-off of works
- Management of construction programme, sequencing, and logistics
- Driving health & safety performance on site
- Managing variations, costs, and package commercial performance
- Leading subcontractors through installation, testing, and handover
- Representing the package in site, progress, and technical meetings
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong site-based delivery experience
- Background delivering luxury retail, high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Experience working for tier 1 main contractors or specialist subcontractors
- Excellent understanding of buildability, sequencing, and site logistics
- Confident managing specialist trades and high-end finishes
- Practical, delivery-focused approach with a strong eye for quality
