We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing and well-established business delivering high-quality internal fit-out projects across the M6 corridor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who can oversee multiple installations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, overseeing all internal fit-out packages from pre-start through to completion. Projects are located along the M6 corridor, ranging from South Birmingham up to the Kendal area, so flexibility to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple fit-out installations across various sites
- Overseeing project delivery, ensuring quality and programme targets are met
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
