We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential / Commercial Conveyancer to join our clients growing team based in the Stockport area! Our client is a reputable legal firm currently going through a period of exciting expansion looking for their next hire.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the legal aspects of residential / commercial property sales, purchases and transfers
- Prepare and review contracts
- Transferring deeds
- Manage / review mortgage documents and related paperwork
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and local authorities
- Address any legal issues and move to solve as quickly as possible
- Ensure all the relevant parties are kept up to date in a timely manner
- Oversee the exchange of contracts, completion of transactions and registration with the land registry.
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hybrid working may also be an option for the right candidate, allowing you to work 2 days from home each week should that be required.
Pay: £50,000 - £65,000 per year basic salary + a bonus structure.
Experience / qualifications required: The ideal candidate will be an experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years experience in probate. You'll also need to be fully qualified in conveyancing (Solicitor, CILEX qual or a licensed conveyancer).
