We are looking for x2 Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established, family-run business near Stafford! The site is entering an exciting growth phase, with significant investment in new equipment and clear plans to expand the engineering team offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.
This role is ideal for an electrically qualified engineer looking to develop their career in a modern production environment, with the opportunity to progress into an Engineering Manager position within the next couple of years. These are Full-Time, Permanent positions!
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
- Support electrical repairs and improvements to keep operations running efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to site management
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as part of ongoing investment
4 on 4 off shift pattern working 8am-8pm
£38,000 - £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
With overtime, engineers can expect to earn up to £55,000 per year
- Electrical qualifications are essential (18th Edition preferred)
