We are looking for x2 Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a well-established, family-run business near Stafford! The site is entering an exciting growth phase, with significant investment in new equipment and clear plans to expand the engineering team offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.
This role is ideal for an electrically qualified engineer looking to develop their career in a modern production environment, with the opportunity to progress into an Engineering Manager position within the next couple of years. You will be joining a friendly, supportive team culture where your input is valued, and development is actively encouraged. These are Full-Time, Permanent positions!
What you will be doing:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
- Diagnose and fault-find on a range of production and process equipment
- Support electrical repairs and improvements to keep operations running efficiently
- Assist with continuous improvement activities to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to site management
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as part of ongoing investment
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety standards
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 8am-8pm
Pay: Basic salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per year (depending on experience). With overtime, engineers can expect to earn up to £55,000 per year.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Electrical qualifications are essential (18th Edition preferred)
- Experience within a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a team
