Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales enquiries

Learn company products and services, upsell, and prepare quotations for customers

Providing accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules

Conduct quotation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate sales closure

Build rapport with customers and suppliers, promoting customer loyalty

Communicate effectively at all levels, from customers to senior management
-
Maintain profitable sales by identifying opportunities for upselling products and services

Keep system updated
Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)

Previous technical sales experience, selling products or services is essential

Must have a valid UK driving licence

Experience in the engineering sector would be an advantage

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
