Probate Solicitor in Manchester

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for aProbate Solicitorto join our clients team based in theGreater Manchesterarea!

Our client is a reputable law firm currently going through an exciting period of expansion, providing excellent career prospects for the right candidate.

What you\’ll be doing:

You\’ll be responsible for all things probate, handling a diverse caseload of wills, probate and estate administration.

In addition you may be:

• Representing clients in court proceedings if and when required to solve contested probate issues.
• Conduct investigations and research on intestacy rules, inheritance rights and estate distribution.
• Manage complex estate planning matters, including will drafting, trust creation, and inheritance tax planning.
• Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

You\’ll have a small team, working under your management to assist with the duties of the role.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Hybrid working may also be an option for the right candidate, allowing you to spend some of the working week working from home.

Pay:

£50,000 – £60,000 per year basic salary + a bonus structure in place, based on company performance.

Experience required:

You\’ll need to be an experienced and qualified probate solicitor with at least 2 years experience.
