We are looking for multiple organised and reliable Order Processors to join one of our thriving clients based near Keele! This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, fast-paced sales support team within a well-established and rapidly growing business. You will play a key role in supporting both customers and colleagues, managing orders from start to finish and ensuring everything runs smoothly. These are Full-Time, Permanent positions offering excellent long-term career progression!
What you’ll be doing:
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and colleagues to build strong relationships
- Process sales orders, service orders and goods return requests accurately in the CRM system
- Generate quotations for the Service team where required
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Update and maintain systems and databases accurately
- Support administrative tasks, including supplier orders, stock checks and progress chasing
- Undertake flexible tasks to meet business needs, including occasional packing or on-floor support
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: £26,000 per annum + Yearly Bonuses!
Skills/Experience Required:
- A valid UK driving licence
- Previous order processing experience, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or service environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload
- Confident, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, reactive environment
