We are looking for a technically capable and proactive Magento 2 Coordinator to join a small but dynamic marketing team within a well-established engineering company near Keele! This hands-on role is ideal for someone with proven Magento 2 experience who enjoys managing websites, supporting digital marketing activities, and using analytics to improve performance. This is not an entry-level role; the successful candidate will be confident managing website content and data from day one.
This Full-Time, Permanent position offers a strong career path and salary reviews after 3 and 6 months based on performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage Magento 2 website content, including products, categories, attributes, CMS pages, blocks, widgets, banners, and enquiry forms.
- Troubleshoot website issues and liaise with external developers.
- Handle product uploads, datasheets, stock, prices, and customer data using Magento 2 and CSV files.
- Support digital marketing activities: email campaigns (Goldvision), social media (Hootsuite), on-page SEO, CRO, and customer retention initiatives.
- Test website features for usability and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio.
- Work confidently with large data sets in Excel for product, price, stock, and CRM management.
Hours:
- Flexible Working Hours (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday).
- Choose your start time between 8:00am-9:30am.
- Early finish every Friday (no later than 5:00pm).
- Flexi-time scheme: build up hours and take additional time off.
- No weekends.
Pay:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Yearly Bonuses (approx. £1300)!
Skills/Experience Required:
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Hands-on Magento 2 experience is essential.
- Experience managing and updating an e-commerce website, ideally in Magento 2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, data cleaning) and handling CSV files.
- Confident and digitally literate, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, CRO) is beneficial.
