Were looking for a hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established manufacturing site in West Sussex!
Youll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of production equipment. Youll play a key part in keeping the factory running efficiently, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and reliably.
This is a Full‑Time, Permanent position with opportunities for training and career development.
What youll be doing
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
- Maintain and repair machinery including plastic extrusion lines, cooling and haul‑off systems, cutting and punching machines, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, PLCs, and other manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose faults and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues quickly and safely
- Support new machinery installations, upgrades, and commissioning projects
- Minimise downtime and ensure all equipment runs safely and reliably
- Keep accurate service records and report maintenance activities
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve efficiency and reliability

Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm
