We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a LEV Engineer to join our clients team based in the Stafford area!

Our client in a market leader in the clean air solutions sector and are looking to expand their LEV team with the appointment of a P601 certified Testing Engineer.

What you\’ll be doing:

You\’ll be required to visit customers sites and carry out testing of local exhaust ventilation systems (LEV). You\’ll be based in Stafford and majority of the work will be in and round the north west. You may however be required to travel outside of this remit.

The role will also include:

  • Carrying out filter changes on dust collectors, weld extractors and shot blast units.
  • Surveying and undertaking remedial works on customer sites to ensure efficient system performance with colleagues.
  • Assist in the surveying and installation of air socks within manufacturing environments.
  • Collating, and producing technical reports with engineers.

Hours:

Your core hours will be Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:30 but this can be flexible for the right candidate.

Pay:

£35,000 – £50,000 per year depending on experience for core hours.

  • Lunch allowance each day.
  • Expenses paid for working away/overnight stays + £30 meal allowance.
  • Additional rest day for any overtime worked, rest day paid at 4.5x hours pay.
  • Double time pay for any overtime.

Experience required:

Previous LEV experience is essential and you must have your P601 qualification.
