Job Description
Were looking for a driven Engineering Project Support Advisor to join our clients team based near Keele!
Youll be the first point of contact for incoming project enquiries from contractors, developers, architects, and consultants. Youll provide expert advice on the design and specification of flow control systems, preparing quotations and tenders to deliver fit-for-purpose, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
This role would suit someone with an engineering or mechanical mindset someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, solving technical problems, and using their analytical skills to support complex projects.

What youll be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound technical and project enquiries
- Advise clients on the design and specification of water management systems
- Prepare and deliver quotations, tenders, and technical proposals
- Provide accurate technical support to ensure compliance and system performance
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Hours
Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)
*Option to work hours over 4 days*
Pay
£27,500 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Skills/Experience Required
- A valid UK driving licence
- Strong mechanical or engineering mindset (understands how systems work or are built)
- Good mathematical ability and attention to detail
- Experience in a technical, applications, or engineering support role is advantageous
- Ability to prepare quotations and tenders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
