We are seeking a talented E-Commerce & Magento Specialist to join the dynamic and innovative marketing team of one of our prestigious clients near Keele! What you'll be doing:
- Optimise digital channels including social media for maximum reach and engagement
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues in collaboration with third-party vendors
- Update and enhance website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online performance
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns via ESP
- Overseeing CRM and data management to support business growth
- Build and maintain content pages to keep the website fresh and engaging
- Work closely with external development agencies to enhance UX and functionality
- Support website testing and reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Use Google Analytics, Clarity, and Looker Studio to monitor, report, and optimise performance
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)
Pay: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Skills/Experience Required:
Essential:
- A valid UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategies and principles
- Experience in B2B e-commerce or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Shopping)
- Proficiency in Magento 2
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and CSV file management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SEO principles (training provided)
