Contracts Manager in Warrington, Cheshire

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our clients team based in the Warrington Area but covering the North West.

Our client is a leading, well established plumbing and heating contractor looking to expand it\’s team with the appointment of a contracts manager.

What you\’ll be doing:

You\’ll be responsible for managing a variety of new build installation contacts on new build housing developments.

Each contract is responsible for installing and commissioning air source heat pumps and unvented cylinders.

You\’ll be required to manage the contract from start to finish with the help of back office staff, project managers, company employed engineers and sub contractors.

This role will require you to manage contracts based around the north west area, therefore there is a element of travel involved. A company car/van + fuel card is provided.

The ideal candidate would be someone who isn\’t afraid to get stuck in and help with required works whenever set backs / timing issues require an extra push on sites to get things completed in time.

Pay:

£50,000 – £55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4 PM.

Experience / Qualifications required:

• Previous contacts manager experience on new build contacts/projects
• Domestic gas qualifications
• CSCS Card
