Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyse business requirements, processes, suggest solutions and prepare project plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and communicate project flow, status, problems and possible solutions.
- Create and maintain the product backlog. Ensure that the development team understands and implements the requirements effectively.
- Engage with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure product alignment with market demands.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of product features.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and define KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Manager, Product Analyst.
- Be familiar with and have experience in agile project management.
- Familiarity with product development and hands-on experience in analysing product features.
- Capability to grasp complex technical concepts and articulate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketing, and business professionals.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with effective planning skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
