The primary goal is to enable people to travel freely without the necessity of car ownership, thereby contributing to reduced traffic congestion and lowered CO2 emissions within cities. Thanks to the car‑sharing services, as many as 15 thousand fewer cars now fill the streets and parking lots, showcasing the substantial influence of a solitary shared vehicle that can effectively replace the necessity for 15 privately owned cars!
At the moment, we are looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist (full time) who wants to become a part of the CityBee team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible to:
- Ensure exceptional customer support via email, online chat, phone or other channels
- Go the extra mile for the customer collaborating with the support team
- Proactively watch out for the best interest of our customers
- Escalate issues to your team leader or other departments as required
- Provide training and assistance to other new team members when needed
To be a perfect fit we expect you to:
- Have a customer‑oriented mindset – any experience working with customers would be an advantage
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to communicate clearly on the phone
- Be well organized and attentive to details
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and have good English language knowledge (Russian language is an advantage)
- Have a positive “can-do” attitude
- Be able to work flexible hours (weekends and shifts)
