Are you a technically strong Interior Designer with exceptional Vectorworks skills and a background delivering luxury residential projects?

Our client is a highly regarded interior design studio with an outstanding portfolio of prestigious private residential commissions.

Due to a significant increase in workload, they are looking to appoint Freelance Interior Designers to support the delivery of multiple live projects.

This is a hands-on technical role where you'll join an established design team and play a key part in producing high-quality Stage 4 drawing packages across some truly exceptional homes.

You'll be working on everything from substantial country estates to prime Central London apartments, helping deliver beautifully detailed technical information that reflects the studio's renowned design standards.

The Role

Working closely with the in-house team, you'll be responsible for producing detailed technical drawing packages using Vectorworks, supporting the delivery of a number of high-end residential projects.

You'll be involved in

  • Producing RIBA Stage 4 technical drawing packages
  • Detailed bespoke joinery packages
  • Kitchen and bathroom detailing
  • General Arrangements and room elevations
  • Coordinating technical information across multiple projects
  • Working within established studio drawing standards and templates
  • Supporting the delivery of luxury residential interiors from an existing design concept

The creative design and FF&E specification is already being handled by the permanent team, allowing you to focus on technical production and drawing delivery.

About You

We're keen to hear from Interior Designers or Interior Architects who have experience delivering technically complex residential projects and can quickly integrate into an established Vectorworks workflow.

You'll ideally have

  • Strong commercial experience using Vectorworks
  • Previous experience producing Stage 4 technical drawing packages
  • High-end residential project experience
  • Excellent joinery detailing ability
  • Strong understanding of kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke interior detailing
  • Excellent attention to detail and drawing accuracy
  • The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining exceptional quality

Experience producing elevations and General Arrangements would be advantageous but isn't essential.
