Senior Interior Designer

With a growing portfolio of exceptional properties across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US, they are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead complex, high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a fast-growing practice, working directly alongside the Founder to shape both the creative and operational success of world-class interiors.

The Role
- Lead 2β3 prime residential projects at a time, managing every stage from initial brief to final installation.
- Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Design and oversee the production of bespoke joinery, lighting, and furniture, with an exceptional eye for materiality and detail.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and complex global logistics.
- Bring fresh ideas, supplier connections, and creative energy to elevate each project.
About You
- Experience β 5+ years leading large-scale luxury residential projects, ideally with international delivery.
- Pedigree β Previous experience in one of the UK or Europeβs top interior design studios.
- Polish β Confident in presenting to high-net-worth clients and navigating demanding briefs.
- Expertise β Strong supplier knowledge, exceptional detail orientation, and mastery of AutoCAD & Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
- Drive β Proactive, highly organised, and capable of running multiple projects independently.
