Our client, a global hospitality design specialist, is building a new team focused on energy, collaboration, and creativity. With a new wave of international QSR rollouts underway, this Birmingham-based studio is growing its design team across Senior Interior Designer, Midweight Interior Designer, and Senior Technician (Interior Architect) levels. Together, these new hires will form the creative backbone of a brand-new delivery stream, designing for some of the world’s most recognisable hospitality brands.

The Studio is an independent, design-led studio with global reach and a proudly human touch. For over three decades, they’ve shaped hospitality, leisure, and F&B experiences for iconic names in the industry. Today, they’re evolving into a 360° experience provider, blending interiors, branding, and strategy into one seamless story. From their Birmingham Office, they’re building spaces that capture culture, brand, and emotion in every line and material. Their environment is supportive, fast-paced, and genuinely warm. Creativity sits at the heart of everything, and so does their people-first culture.

The Opportunity involves joining the team behind one of the most ambitious hospitality rollouts in the country, a multi-site QSR programme that demands design precision, brand storytelling, and technical excellence in equal measure. Whether leading concept and delivery as a Senior Designer, bringing design intent to life as a Midweight, or ensuring flawless execution as a Senior Technician, your work will directly shape how millions of guests experience these spaces. It’s the perfect environment for designers who love the balance of creativity and craft, where bold ideas meet real-world buildability.

  • Senior Interior Designer – £45,000 to £50,000: Lead projects from concept to completion. You’ll guide ideas, mentor midweights, and work closely with clients and directors to develop interiors that are as strategic as they are striking. Expect full creative ownership across QSR and hospitality environments, with room to grow into an Associate path.
  • Midweight Interior Designer – £35,000 to £42,000: The studio is looking for a designer eager to step up, confident in concept development, spatial planning, and FF&E, with a sharp eye for brand detail. You’ll be supported by senior creatives while taking on your own sites to deliver rollouts with personality and pace.
  • Senior Technician (Interior Architect) – £40,000 to £48,000: You’ll bring design to life through precise detailing, technical accuracy, and construction expertise. Working closely with the design team, you’ll develop drawing packages, coordinate consultants, and maintain the studio’s high technical standards from planning to completion.

Why Join:

  • A people-led culture that values creativity, trust, and collaboration
  • Opportunity to design for global hospitality and QSR brands
  • Hybrid working with flexibility around home and studio time
  • A hands-on role within a growing Birmingham studio with international reach
  • Real progression potential as the rollout and design team expand
  • A design culture built on curiosity, detail, and storytelling

If you’re ready to help shape the next chapter of one of hospitality’s most respected studios, whether as a creative designer or technical expert, this is your chance to be part of something ambitious, design-driven, and long-term.
