Modus Careers is recruiting on behalf of a respected, design-led interiors and architecture studio based in Surrey. With a growing pipeline of beautiful, high-end residential projects across Surrey and Southwest London, the team is ready to welcome an experienced Interior Designer to play a pivotal role in their next chapter.

The Role
- You’ll join as the third Interior Designer in the team, working closely with the studio founder, their Architect, and suppliers across multiple live residential projects.
- Lead projects from initial brief to completion.
- Create detailed joinery packages and technical drawings in AutoCAD.
- Liaise confidently with clients, trades, and high-end suppliers.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and on-site delivery.
- Create mood boards, layouts, and visual presentations.
- Play a key part in growing a studio where quality and creativity go hand in hand.
About You
Whether you’re a strong Midweight or experienced Senior Interior Designer, we’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, passionate, and confident leading high-end residential projects.
Must-Haves:
- Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp (Revit a bonus).
- Strong client-facing presence with polished communication.
- Keen eye for joinery and detailing.
- Full UK driving licence, you’ll need to visit local sites/suppliers.
- Highly organised, proactive, and team-minded.
Perks & Package
- Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (Dependent on Experience).
