As part of their continued growth, we’re now looking for Two Midweight Interior Designers to join the team in permanent roles. If you’re looking to be creatively fulfilled, technically challenged, and genuinely supported, this is a brilliant step forward.
The Role:
As a Midweight Designer, you’ll work across the full scope of design, from moodboards and spatial planning through to FF&E selection, visuals, detailed packs and on-site visits. Collaborating within a multi-layered team structure (Senior, Midweight, Junior & Technicians), you’ll be trusted with responsibility while still having strong guidance and mentorship around you. Current clients include major hospitality brands & premium hotels, with projects both in the UK and internationally.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creative development on hospitality & F&B interior projects
- Producing concept work, spatial layouts, visuals and FF&E specification
- Contributing to moodboards, brand touchpoints, and narrative development
- Creating detailed drawing packs alongside technical designers
- Liaising with clients and joining on-site meetings, seeing your designs come to life
- Collaborating within your dedicated project team, guided by a supportive senior
- Working primarily in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with growing opportunities to explore Revit
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–5 years’ experience in hospitality or F&B interior design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with Revit experience being a bonus
- Comfortable working across concept, technical and FF&E stages
- Excellent eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design
- Experience preparing visuals, presentation decks and moodboards
- Enthusiasm for site involvement and hands-on delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
What’s On Offer:
- Salary between £30,000 – £38,000, depending on experience + Bonus
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the studio and 2 days from home.
