With a close-knit team and an ambitious outlook, they are now looking to bring in a Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership, lead from the front, and play a defining role in shaping what comes next. You will be trusted to lead, to deliver, and to influence projects of real scale and substance, from private residences to boutique hospitality projects and ultra-prime villas.

About the studio: Our client is an established, globally recognised interior design practice known for creating layered, highly considered interiors for an international client base. Their work spans the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the US and Asia, delivering projects of the highest quality and craftsmanship. Despite their global reach, the studio remains intentionally small, a team of around six, fostering a collaborative, hands-on culture where everyone plays a meaningful role in delivery.
This is a true senior position, built for someone comfortable taking ownership across the full lifecycle of a project. You will lead multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects, working closely with the studio lead while independently driving delivery, managing clients, and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality are maintained
- Develop and manage project schedules, procurement and overall coordination
- Liaise with architects, contractors and suppliers across all project stages
- Design bespoke joinery, furniture and FF&E elements
- Contribute to the overall creative direction, working closely with the studio lead
