CAD Technician

Are you a skilled CAD Technician looking to work on cutting-edge furniture designs for a leading manufacturer in the UK and EU markets?

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise Swood CAM & Nesting or similar software for advanced manufacturing processes.
• Prepare programs and data for a 5-axis CNC router and a 3-axis nesting machine.
• Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, ideally Professional 2020 and above.
• Experience with Swood CAM & Nesting or similar software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A full UK driver’s licence.

Additional Information:

• Competitive salary range: £40,000 – £43,000, based on experience.
• 21 days holiday + bank holidays per year (increasing +1 day annually, up to 25 days).
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:50 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break).
