We're looking for a part‑qualified or recently qualified accountant ready to step up into a client‑facing role with real ownership.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their first point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Handle tax returns and VAT.
- Support clients with queries.
- Help train and develop junior team members.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and manage your own workload with autonomy.
What we're looking for:
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or part‑qualified and actively studying).
- At least 3 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice.
- Strong year‑end accounts preparation experience.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys client contact and wants progression.
