The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition and retention, leveraging their network of UHNWI clients to drive sales and foster long-term relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding the boutique\’s client base and achieving ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate relationships with UHNWIs, both locally and globally, to grow the boutique\’s clientele. Achieve annual sales targets of £3–£5 million through strategic client development. Deliver exceptional service, creating memorable client experiences that align with the brand\’s luxury standards. Operate effectively within a Harrods retail environment, adhering to its structure and rota requirements. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed boutique KPIs. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product knowledge, particularly in high jewelry, watches, and other luxury goods. Represent the brand professionally, contributing to its growth and reputation within the luxury space. Qualifications: Proven experience in luxury sales, with a background in high jewelry, watches, fashion, or other UHNW-focused industries. Strong client book with a demonstrated ability to achieve significant sales figures. Experience in fostering long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing trust and exclusivity. Multilingual skills, particularly in Arabic, are an advantage but not required. A deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
