We are partnering with a discreet, design-led fine jewellery house to appoint a Global Manufacturing Director. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing end-to-end production across multiple regions, with responsibility for translating exceptional design into flawlessly executed pieces at scale.

This is a senior, highly trusted role, responsible for shaping and leading the production landscape behind a design-led, craft-driven business. You will take ownership of how collections and client pieces come to life, from production readiness through to final delivery. The remit spans repeatable lines, high jewellery, and bespoke, with international exposure across both internal teams and specialist suppliers.

Own the journey from validated design to finished piece, ensuring output meets both client expectation and business rhythm.

  • Balance in-house craft with a curated network of external partners, maintaining control over quality, pace, and reliability.
  • Define and protect finishing and quality benchmarks across all categories, ensuring consistency regardless of origin.
  • Maintain discipline around production cost without compromising on materiality or craftsmanship.
  • Act as the bridge between creative and commercial teams, ensuring ideas translate cleanly into production reality.
