We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Assistant Boutique Manager to support the leadership team within its boutique in London.

The Role

As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving commercial performance, and ensuring exceptional client service in line with luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Representation • Deliver and champion a refined, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Represent the business with professionalism and discretion
  • Sales & Commercial Support • Support the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs • Actively coach and support the team on the sales floor • Ensure strong product knowledge and service standards
  • Boutique Standards & Operations • Support visual merchandising, presentation, and operational standards • Assist with stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations • Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail guidelines
