The Flagship Boutique Director will drive commercial performance, lead a high-caliber team, and elevate the client experience to new heights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the boutique to exceed sales and performance targets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and brand ambassadorship.
Client Experience & Business Development:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients and the local luxury community.
- Implement clienteling initiatives to drive client loyalty and repeat business.
- Represent the boutique and the brand at industry and VIP events, enhancing visibility and prestige.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure the boutique operates efficiently and aligns with the brand’s global standards.

Collaboration & Reporting:
