We are partnering with a luxury brand seeking an accomplished and service-driven Store Director to lead a key retail location in London. This role offers the opportunity to operate at the highest level of luxury retail within an environment defined by craftsmanship, heritage, and an uncompromising client experience. Discretion, leadership presence, and commercial excellence are essential.
As Store Director, you will hold full responsibility for the strategic and operational performance of the store. You will lead by example, cultivate an exceptional client culture, and ensure consistent excellence across service delivery, people leadership, and commercial outcomes.
- Client Experience & Brand Representation
