We are currently recruiting for our client for three In-Store Training Manager positions based in London. This newly established role is focused on enhancing the capability and performance of retail teams through effective coaching and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality in-store training and coaching to retail teams
  • Support the development of product knowledge, client engagement, and overall sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with Directors
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and high performance

Reporting Line

  • Direct report: Store Director / Deputy Store Director (depending on location)
  • Dotted line: Head Office Training Team

Candidate Profile

  • Currently working in a similar retail training or coaching-focused role, or demonstrates a strong passion for training, coaching, and team development
  • Open to Department Managers or Team Managers seeking progression into a training-focused role
  • Flexible and adaptable to retail shift patterns

This is a strategic, people-focused role with strong visibility across the retail function, offering the opportunity to shape and influence training standards within a growing team.
