This is a senior, highly trusted role, responsible for shaping and leading the production landscape behind a design-led, craft-driven business. The position requires a rare balance of technical depth, operational clarity, and sensitivity to product.
The Opportunity: You will take ownership of how collections and client pieces come to life, from production readiness through to final delivery. Working across atelier and external partners, the focus is on ensuring consistency, precision, and control as the business continues to evolve. The remit spans repeatable lines, high jewellery, and bespoke, with international exposure across both internal teams and specialist suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the journey from validated design to finished piece, ensuring output meets both client expectation and business rhythm.
- Atelier & External Ecosystem: Balance in-house craft with a curated network of external partners, maintaining control over quality, pace, and reliability.
- Client-Led Production: Oversee the execution of bespoke and high-value orders, bringing technical clarity and confidence to complex pieces.
- Product Standards: Define and protect finishing and quality benchmarks across all categories, ensuring consistency regardless of origin.
- Cost Awareness: Maintain discipline around production cost without compromising on materiality or craftsmanship.
- Flow & Visibility: Introduce structure to capacity, timelines, and delivery, resolving constraints ahead of impact.
- Internal Alignment: Act as the bridge between creative and commercial teams, ensuring ideas translate cleanly into production reality.
Structure: The role sits at the centre of a lean but highly specialised production ecosystem, with oversight across both manufacturing and workshop functions. You will lead key areas including:
- Production and quality control
- Stone procurement and supplier coordination
- Bespoke and client order execution
- In-house workshop and product development
The position operates in close alignment with product, merchandising, and senior leadership, with international exposure across the UK and US.
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within fine jewellery manufacturing or production leadership
- Strong background in luxury or high jewellery environments
- Proven exposure across workshops, suppliers, quality control, and operational oversight
- Experience delivering across bespoke, special orders, and scalable production
- You will be technically credible, composed under pressure, and comfortable operating in a hands-on, evolving luxury environment.
