The Product Manager, Customer Experience is a key role within the product team and will play a critical role in driving the success and evolution of our products for a range of industry verticals.

We’ve created an industry-leading platform with comprehensive online tools and API access, to meet the demands of daily business payments.
The Role: The Product Manager for Customer Experience will be responsible for product discovery, design, build and launch plans for existing and new front-end led products (across desktop and mobile). You will develop products for customers across a variety of target industry verticals in UK and Europe. The role is part of the Customer Experience team within Product.
- Accountable for discovery, development, delivery, and ongoing management of their products.
- Work closely with the executive to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring this is clearly documented and communicated to the wider business.
- Work with product designers to set out and optimise User Experience (UX) design of products.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and development for the team to execute high-quality deliverables including but not limited to: Product designs and specifications, that address business requirements.
- Be accountable for the delivery of the roadmap for all workstreams.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of products, understanding and managing implications across teams before go-live.
- Create and maintain internal documentation and functional product collateral.
- Develop and manage relationships with key payments schemes, standards bodies, and suppliers.
- Assess the overall performance of all products against pre-defined metrics.
- Communicate updates on progress and proactively manage issues.
About You: You will have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, complex environments. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills are essential. Extensive experience in product marketing, including design and hands-on execution, driven by curiosity and continuous improvement. Solid background in product management focused on front-end (desktop and mobile) products. Experience in User Experience design of complex front-end products is highly desirable.
