Who We Are

Our vision is a world where all businesses are powered by embedded payments. Modulr enables businesses, from SMEs to Enterprise, to grow their revenue, drive efficiencies and deliver fantastic customer experiences, by embedding payments into their products and operating systems. We do this by providing products and services which allow our clients to efficiently collect, reconcile and disburse funds instantly via a range of payment schemes, accounts, and card products, fully controllable via API.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly organised, detail‑orientated Project Manager to work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure our product delivery engine runs smoothly. You will bring structure, visibility, and accountability to cross‑functional initiatives that power some of our most important product outcomes. You will be the primary contact for client engagement and will work across multiple delivery workstreams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key point of coordination for client facing updates related to product delivery, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.
  • Translate technical or detailed information into accessible summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Host and organise client meetings where required to support discussions on timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery status, presenting information in a clear and confident manner.
  • Produce clear, concise updates and form recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product Managers & Engineering to prepare client ready materials such as progress updates, issue summaries, delivery plans, and release communications.
  • Ensure that PMs, engineering teams, and business stakeholders remain aligned on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders through consistent communication, proactive problem solving, and a focus on outcomes.
  • Establish and own reporting frameworks, including dashboards, project updates, milestone trackers, and risk logs, to provide consistent visibility to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, blockers, and cross team dependencies before they impact delivery.
  • Maintain accurate RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate appropriately.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering and other teams to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to commitments.
  • Spot gaps in processes, communication, or structure and suggest data informed improvements.
  • Drive consistency and predictability across product workstreams through better documentation, repeatable processes, and smooth operational workflows.

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in managing multiple workstreams and are looking for an opportunity to own the delivery in a supportive but independent environment.
  • Proven track record in project or programme management within product led environments.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing cross functional teams and driving clarity in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery methodologies and a pragmatic approach to applying structure.
  • Previous experience in consulting in a client facing role in a high-growth tech company, with an execution-heavy environment.
  • You instinctively leverage AI technologies and tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making.
  • You are proactive and solutions focused and confident in recommending improvements.

What you’ll get:

  • Exposure to a broad set of problems across the business, with C-level visibility.
  • A steep learning curve and the chance to build a unique, cross-functional skillset.
  • The opportunity to drive meaningful change inside a fast-scaling fintech.
  • A collaborative, supportive environment that values curiosity, impact, and speed.
