What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager in our Activation Squad, you’ll own the SME onboarding journey from sign up to first value, ensuring customers get up and running quickly and confidently. You will:

  • Own activation KPIs including onboarding completion, first transaction rate and early engagement.
  • Run continuous customer discovery and analyse data to identify friction and prioritise high-impact improvements.
  • Define hypotheses and run experiments to improve conversion and time-to-value.
  • Partner with engineering to define high-quality epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, delivering at pace.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product improvements end-to-end.
  • Help shape the longer-term product and activation strategy as we scale.

Who You Are

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a product manager, ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS or payments.
  • Experience improving onboarding, activation or conversion metrics using data and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product analytics tools.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in a product-led growth (PLG) environment with self-serve journeys.
  • Experience with SME and/or regulated onboarding journeys (e.g. KYC/KYB).
  • Familiarity with structured experimentation or growth frameworks.
