What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end operationalisation for the Account Management and Partnerships Teams
- Act as Rev Ops business partner to both teams
- Ensure efficient and scalable processes are in place and build operational rigor around those processes
- Support design and evolution of commission plans and administration of those plans
- Manage the internal exception process for revenue reduction for customers
- Review deals with team weekly, ensuring pipeline health and updates to leadership and FP&A
- Establish operational processes for newly created Partnerships Team
- Create and maintain Account Management and Partnerships reports and dashboards
- Model partnerships programmes for revenue growth and profitability
- Ensure Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools are efficiently configured to optimise reporting and ease of input
- Constantly review end-to-end process for efficiencies and automation
- Operationalise renewal management and provide modelling for larger, strategic renewals
- Deliver GTM reporting to commercial leadership for Account Management and Partnerships
- Collaborate with wider Rev Ops and Commercial team on GTM projects
What you’ll need
- Commercially focused, with an operational mindset
- Proven experience in a role supporting commercial teams
- Strong understanding of systems and data, including how they interact, and how to draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate strategy into its operational elements to drive execution
- Experience working cross-functionally across teams
- Curiosity, and exploration of new ideas and ways of working
- SAAS, FinTech, and/or payments experience
Nice to haves
- Experience with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management tools, Power BI, Qobra, Juro, Salesloft
- Previous experience in a Rev Ops role
