The Partner Platform Enablement Manager plays a critical role in enabling Modulr's accountancy, payroll and platform partners to onboard, train and activate their SME customers at scale. This role focuses on partner readiness, delivering structured enablement programs, and ensuring partners have the tools, training and content to drive adoption of Business Payments, Payroll and AP products. You will work with Partner Relationship Managers, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and the Impartner PRM platform team to ensure partners are equipped to commercialise Modulr. This is a delivery-focused role aimed at scaling SME growth through partner activation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete partner onboarding experience using the PRM platform for registration, approval, training, certification, and referral workflows.
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for Referral and Resell partners, ISV partners, and Consultants.
- Maintain and update all partner-facing enablement content, including training decks, demo scripts, technical playbooks, FAQ libraries, compliance materials, and product guides.
- Build and manage partner certification tracks to validate readiness for selling and integrating Modulr services.
- Own configuration and day-to-day operation of the PRM platform.
- Liaise with Product, RevOps, Finance and Engineering to ensure data quality, workflow optimisation, and technical compatibility between systems.
- Monitor PRM usage and proactively improve UX, workflow efficiency, and partner adoption.
- Track onboarding progress, training completion, portal usage, referral activity, and overall engagement.
- Maintain dashboards and health metrics (SME penetration, activation rates, revenue per SME, time-to-first referral).
- Identify friction points and collaborate with PRMs, Product, and Integration teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain an active partner feedback loop to inform roadmap and enablement enhancements.
- Work with Marketing and Product Marketing to develop co-branded partner materials, partner campaigns, event toolkits, and landing pages.
- Produce high-quality enablement assets for Business Payments, Payroll, AP, Travel, and platform integrations.
- Ensure that all content, product updates, new release notes, partner comms, etc., are distributed consistently through PRM and other channels.
- Partner with Solutions Consulting and Integration teams to ensure technical readiness and smooth onboarding for platform partners.
- Coordinate with Product to incorporate feature updates, new workflows, or technical enhancements into partner enablement tracks.
- Collaborate with RevOps to maintain attribution models and partner performance analytics.
- Lead continuous improvement of partner lifecycle processes, certification paths, and enablement programs.
Who You Are / What You'll Need
- A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.
- 5-7 years' experience in partner enablement, channel operations, sales enablement, partner success, or similar roles in SaaS, fintech, or tech.
- Strong familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Impartner, HubSpot, 6sense, Crossbeam, Zendesk, PRM platforms, or related technology.
- Experience managing or administering PRM, LMS, or partner-facing platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain high-quality enablement content and structured training materials.
- Strong analytical capability, able to interpret performance data, surface insights, track partner metrics, and recommend actions.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts and adapt messages for different audiences.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and experience delivering programs across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with B2B payments, fintech, accountancy or payroll ecosystems preferred.
