What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you’ll lead a team of TA Ops Analysts to deliver data-driven insights and operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with People Partners and business leaders across Modulr’s offices in Edinburgh, London, Amsterdam, and Mumbai to shape smarter, faster, and fairer hiring.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing TA Ops Analyst team
- Design and deliver attraction strategies aligned with business needs
- Partner with stakeholders to identify hiring trends and future workforce needs
- Own TA reporting and analytics, delivering insights on pipeline health, DEI, and candidate experience
- Manage external suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, systems, and sourcing strategies

What you’ll need
- Experience using AI and automation to enhance recruitment processes
- Proven leadership in recruitment operations or analytics within a scaling, regulated environment
- Skilled in assessment frameworks and tools
- Strong communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficient in ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) and sourcing tools

- Familiarity with DEI metrics and building diverse talent pipelines
