Who You Are
4–6 years’ end‑to‑end recruitment experience in‑house or agency, with a track record of successfully hiring for complex, specialist, or senior roles.
Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms and techniques including multi‑channel strategies beyond LinkedIn.
Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. Developing relationships that can challenge, influence, and build genuine trust at all levels.
Confident working with ATS platforms, with strong data hygiene habits and the ability to report on and interpret your own metrics.
A genuine commitment to inclusive hiring. Able to identify bias risks in the recruitment process and take concrete steps to mitigate them.
Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership. You manage your roles and relationships independently while keeping stakeholders well‑informed.
