We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Partner Manager to help go to market with our new AI solution for the sign industry. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field who wants to build a commercial career in a fast-growing technology-led business.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our partner growth strategy—identifying new partnership opportunities, presenting our innovative AI-driven solutions, and supporting existing partners to help them succeed. You’ll split your time between our York office and field visits across the UK, with occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Acquisition & Outreach
- Identify and research potential channel partners across key industries.
- Reach out to new prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Schedule and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solutions.
- Support the onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth integration into our channel program.
- Partner Management & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to maximise partner engagement and performance.
- Provide ongoing training, product updates, and commercial support.
- Monitor partner activity and performance, providing regular feedback to internal teams.
- Marketing & Growth Activities
- Assist in developing partner-facing marketing materials, campaigns, and collateral.
- Contribute to social media content, newsletters, and event support.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
- Market & Product Insight
- Gather partner and market feedback to help shape product development.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends.
- Contribute to internal reports, forecasts, and growth planning.
