Our client is a busy and growing International medtech and pharma company and I am pleased to announce they are currently inviting applications for the post of Snr Production Manager.

As Production Manager you will be leading a large high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver a safe, compliant, and commercially successful aseptic manufacturing operation in a Pharmaceutical setting. This role combines strategic oversight, inclusive leadership, and operational excellence to ensure regulatory compliance, adapts to evolving demands, and contributes to company growth.

A high degree of Operational Excellence & Compliance is needed ensuring alignment with GMP and divisional guidelines, embedding continuous improvement, best practice, and adoption of new technologies and equipment through effective stakeholder collaboration.

You will be used to delivering inclusive & high-impact leadership with strong visibility of self and leadership team across an organisation. Driving organisational design, resource planning, recruitment, and skills development to build high performing, engaged, and empowered multi-disciplinary workforces.

This is a big job with a great organisation in a very dynamic medtech and pharmaceutical environment. It requires industry specific manufacturing experience, proven leadership ability and ideally a strong depth of aseptic or sterile production expertise.

Based - Leeds area. Salary - competitive with excellent benefits. This is an onsite role.
